Returns/Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the product has been physically stained, abused, damaged, burned, moisture saturated, cut or torn it will not be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any product will not be accepted for return if it has been physically stained, abused, damaged, burned, moisture saturated, cut or torn. We reserve the right to refuse repair or replacement of any product deemed to be in an unsanitary condition. If the original purchaser sells the product, the subsequent purchaser takes the product “as is” and “with all faults.” Proof of Purchase is required for all return claims. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Info
We take great pride in offering our customers the absolute best customer service in the industry. At times, even the highest quality products may fail and show early signs of wear or a manufacturer defect. The warranty begins the date you purchase the mattress and cannot be transferred. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
• Defects or deterioration in the cell structure of the latex or foam.
* Defects resulting in splitting or cracking of the material, with normal usage and proper handling.
* Body indentations:
* — 1 1/2” or greater impression on an inner spring mattress
* — 1” or greater impression on a quilted foam mattress
* — 1” or greater impression on a smooth top foam
mattress
* Sagging: Your mattress must be continuously supported by a foundation with solid support. This includes solid wood or metal platforms, foundations, or wire grid frames.
NOT COVERED:
• Normal increase of softness exhibited in the mattress material (breaking in process)
* Normal decrease of recovery aspects of latex (breaking in process)
* Mattress fabric (stains, normal wear & tear, etc)
* Bed height
* Sheets
* Body indentations:
— Less than minimum impressions as detailed in “Warranty Coverage” above.
* Mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation
* Mattress decompressed for extended periods of time (no more than 60 days)
DISCLAIMER PRORATED WARRANTY:
Memory foam mattress 10 year limited warranty:
• First three years non-prorated. We will replace or exchange the mattress if there are any manufacturer defects within the mattress during this period.• Seven years prorated:
* — Years 4-6, consumer is responsible for 40% of the cost of replacement exchange.
* — Years 7-9, consumer is responsible for 50% of the cost of replacement or exchange.
* — Year 10, consumer is responsible for 70% of the cost of replacement or exchange.
Gel mattress 10 year limited warranty: • First five years non-prorated. We will replace or exchange the mattress if there are any manufacturer defects within the mattress during this period.
• Five years prorated:
* — Years 6-7, consumer is responsible for 40% of the cost of replacement or exchange.
* — Years 8-9, consumer is responsible for 50% of the cost of replacement or exchange.
* — Year 10, consumer is responsible for 70% of the cost of replacement or exchange.
Latex mattress: • 10 years non-prorated. We will replace or exchange the mattress if there are any manufacturer defects within the mattress during this period.
Our mattresses have been designed to be used on a foundation with solid support that has with little or no give. This may include wood or metal foundations, box foundations, metal grid frames, or platforms. Substitution or use of improper foundations such as box springs or on their bases upon which the mattress is placed is not acceptable and will void your mattress warranty and all other warranties expressed or implied. In the event of a warranty claim, you may be required to provide proof of the quality and suitability of the mattress foundation being provided to your mattress.
